    • Transportation starts 3 to 4 hours before arriving at Río Lagartos or Las Coloradas, which is at 10:00 AM. The exact pick-up time will depend on the hotel where you are staying. We offer pick-up from Cancún, including hotels in the Hotel Zone, all the way to Tulum. However, in Tulum, we do not pick up at hotels; instead, we have a Meeting Point at Super Aki Tulum.
